Unless otherwise noted, all the events shown will be held at Rosyth Methodist Church. You can get directions at this link.

This calendar is mostly for our regular worship and church-focused meetings, plus special meetings of other groups and ecumenical events. However, as explained at this link, our building is in use throughout the week by other groups, and their regular meetings have not been listed here, to make the calendar less cluttered.

  • Ecumenical Study Group (Zoom)

Category: Study, discussion and prayer Ecumenical Study Group (Zoom)

    28 June 2021

The weekly ecumenical study group continues at 7pm, at present on Zoom.

The Group is currently looking at the Assembly report on the Confession of Faith and other Confessions and will look at the 1647 document and the biblical texts used. The group find it was interesting reading the verses from the Bible which were looked at for the Westminster Confession of Faith.

This group is well established and offers friendship as well a more serious, but also relaxed evening of bible study. If you are interested in joining in please contact Alan Taylor in the first instance.

  • Bible Study on Hebrews

Category: Study, discussion and prayer Bible Study on Hebrews

    1 July 2021

This is the third in a series of studies that takes us through the Book of Hebrews. This week our study of Hebrews 4:14–7:28 has the title “Jesus Christ is Greater than the Highest Religious Leaders ”. Our study will be facilitated by Rev Eddie Sykes, who will be providing study notes before the session.

Future studies are planned for a number of Thursdays at 10.30am between 15 July and 7 October. The dates and topics may be found in this post.

This Zoom meeting will have a time of sharing as we gather, and will finish at about 11:40am. To take part, please email Eddie at minister@nullrosythmethodist.org.uk for an access code.
