Click on the calendar entry for extra details, if these are available.

Unless otherwise noted, all the events shown will be held at Rosyth Methodist Church. You can get directions at this link.

This calendar is mostly for our regular worship and church-focused meetings, plus special meetings of other groups and ecumenical events. However, as explained at this link, our building is in use throughout the week by other groups, and their regular meetings have not been listed here, to make the calendar less cluttered.

    2 January 2022

    Christmas 2

Welcome to our first meeting of the New Year! Our service, which is being led by Alan Taylor, takes the form of Communion from the Reserved Sacrament.

Our readings are:  Jeremiah 31.7–14; Ephesians 1.3–14; John1.1–18

Even though we are at a level described as ‘Beyond Level 0’ in Scotland, we are encouraged to keep to the Covid protocols of hand sanitizing, wearing of facemasks, good ventilation, trace and track, and 1 metre social distancing in church. We continue to sing hymns (wearing masks) and are now led by the choir, there is no physical contact during the Peace, and just the bread given to you as you take a socially-distanced communion, but we hope that you will find blessing from this time of worship as we gather in person.
