Click on the calendar entry for extra details, if these are available.
Unless otherwise noted, all the events shown will be held at Rosyth Methodist Church. You can get directions at this link.
This calendar is mostly for our regular worship and church-focused meetings, plus special meetings of other groups and ecumenical events. However, as explained at this link, our building is in use throughout the week by other groups, and their regular meetings have not been listed here, to make the calendar less cluttered.

5 December 2021Second Sunday of Advent
Rev Dr Michael Paterson
Our readings are: Baruch 5.1-9; Phil 1.3-1; Luke 3.1-6
Even though we are at a level described as ‘Beyond Level 0’ in Scotland, we are encouraged to keep to the Covid protocols of hand sanitizing, wearing of facemasks, good ventilation, trace and track, and 1 metre social distancing in church. We continue to sing hymns (wearing masks) and are now led by the choir, there is no physical contact during the Peace, and just the bread given to you as you take a socially-distanced communion, but we hope that you will find blessing from this time of worship as we gather in person.

24 December 2021On Christmas Eve, at 6.30pm there will be a candlelit intimate Service of Holy communion around the crib. Depending on numbers this may be held in Church or in the Meeting Room. It would be really helpful if you could let Sandra Young (01383 415021 or sandrayoung39@nullbtinterrnet.com) know if you intend to be there and how many will be in your party
All are most welcome

Joint Communion Service
Joint Communion Service
26 December 2021First Sunday after Christmas
10:30am we meet in partnership with our Methodist friends.
The service, which includes an infant baptism, will be led by the Rev Eddie Sykes and the Rev Dr Michael Paterson
Even though we are at a level described as ‘Beyond Level 0’ in Scotland, we are encouraged to keep to the Covid protocols of hand sanitizing, wearing of facemasks, good ventilation, trace and track, and 1 metre social distancing in church.
While there is now plenty of room, we still have Test and Protect obligations, so you will need to record your attendance. However, we are no longer asking you to pre-register for services – just turn up for a warm welcome!
