The City of Edinburgh Methodist Church in Nicolson Square annual Christian Aid Book Sale from 11am to 4pm.  With the help of volunteers from other Edinburgh churches, this event raises money for the work of Christian Aid, the official relief, development and advocacy agency of 41 sponsoring churches in Britain and Ireland, and which works amongst some of the poorest people in the world.
